Applicant Eligibility: Only the primary resident or lead household member may apply. Contractors and visitors are not eligible to apply and must instead receive permission from the resident or leaseholder.
Estate-Specific Application: Applications must be submitted for the correct estate. Applications submitted for the wrong estate will not be approved.
Application Timing: Please allow sufficient time to book permits for visitors and contractors, especially if you require assistance.
Processing Hours: Applications are processed Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Applications submitted over the weekend will not be reviewed until the next business day.

- Vehicle must registered to the home address
- Valid blue badge
- Blue Badge holders who do not drive are not entitled to a free resident permit.
- One disabled permit with one registration number issued per household

- A valid Driving Licence showing the badge holders name and Westminster address

- Current council tax bill/letter/payment book

- Department for Work and Pensions letter dated in the last 3 months
- Residential utility bill (excluding mobile phone bills) dated in the last 3 months
- A valid tenancy agreement or an original letter on headed paper from your solicitor confirming that you are the legal owner and occupier of the property.

- Electricity bill, or Gas bill, or Water bill dated in the last 3 months
- Landline Phone Bill or mobile bill-contract customers only
- Housing Benefit or other type of benefit award letter
- A letter from the Ambassador, High Commissioner, or the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (dated within the last 3 months)
- Current years water mooring bill
- Current years boat insurance
- Current rental/Lease agreement of houseboat
- Letter from senior Commanding Officer or quartermaster confirming residency in barracks and length of stay.
